In this session, Anu Briggs, Head of Capability, Development + Change, Gilbert + Tobin and Jan Christie, Capability + Development Manager, Gilbert + Tobin, discussed the importance of mindset in leading and getting comfortable with change. They illustrated this by introducing several practical tools that can be used to challenge assumptions and embrace change.
