On 31 July 2020, Peter Dombkins, Director, NewLaw, PwC Australia, discussed how Legal Project Management (LPM) is a critical enabler for the legal transformation journey.

Peter focussed on the different approaches to LPM and how it can be used to enable strategic transformation by being a foundational competency that helps structure a legal practice to providing the means to obtain the performance data that supports informed transformation decisions, such as technology procurements, resourcing strategies and pricing approaches.
