In July 2018, Susan Raridon Lambreth, presented her amazing Legal Project Management Certification Workshop with CLI in Sydney. Susan has been a thought leader in this area for many years and is a world class facilitator of these workshops globally. CLI Director, Terri Mottershead, took the opportunity to chat with Susan about her views on Legal Project Management – what it is, where it started, what makes it so important for law firms and legal departments, careers in LPM and where it might all go in the future.
