In September 2018, Chrissie Lightfoot presented a thought provoking session to a packed room on “Challenging the Norm - Human and Machine: a dynamic duo in law, business, society and life“ for CLI, the Australasian Legal Practice Management Association (ALPMA) and the University of Western Australia Law School in Perth. Chrissie has a long and distinguished history in legaltech and legal entrepreneurship. CLI Director, Terri Mottershead, chatted with Chrissie via videoconference on the cusp of her Australian tour and while she was still in London, about the transformation of legal practice and what the legal industry should be focussing on in the near future.
