Client Experience Success – A New Toolkit for Legal Transformation

On 16 November 2020, Carl White, Director and Chief Experience Officer, CXINLAW, shared the findings from his work as a CLI Distinguished Fellow.

Carl’s work focussed on identifying the key components of, what it takes to implement, and how legal services can be transformed, through a successful client experience (CX) strategy. Carl discussed the toolkit he developed and referenced live case studies, interviews and research undertaken as part of his Fellowship.
