On 28 July 2020, Tessa Ramanlal, Co-Founder and Head of User and Mason Maddy, Experience Design Lead at Anika Legal discussed Anika Legal’s website, client intake questionnaire (which generates the case brief) and case management system (ActionStep).
Tessa and Mason also discussed the way in which human centred design was leveraged in this build and how it has enabled Anika Legal to improve the user experience.
Anika Legal provides free, online legal advice to disadvantaged Victorians (Australia), by connecting clients with law students enrolled at partner universities. The students complete a virtual practical training unit at Anika Legal while being supervised by an experienced Anika Legal lawyer.
