As an experienced legal practitioner and also a self-confessed legaltech geek, Fiona has carved out a consultancy focussed on assessing and advising on tech for legal businesses. She is not an IT professional. She is not a software developer. She is a legal technologist in every sense of that word – she understands where tech can be used and recommends a solution based on her experience, the experience of others, asking lots of great questions, and having to walk the talk herself.

Fiona has been a friend of the Centre for Legal Innovation from the beginning. We recognised her talent in this space early on and invited her to become a Geeky Guru (getting started with legaltech projects) in our Legalpreneurs Lab and, we’ve kept inviting her back and she has continued to generously accept and share her knowledge, ever since.
